What's the vegas over/under at 1 week of actual time served or will the stick her for a whole two weeks because of the Paris boondoggle?

She got 90 days not two weeks. I think she does 42 days. Had she just plead guilty and gone to jail in the first place this would of been all over, and maybe she would of got her poop straightened out.

Paris was sentenced to 45. "Served" 5, got out, created choas and went back...

I think we've already had this debate. It's just stupidity and jail isn't a good place for drug problems.

I don't think we have. What's it cost to defend and pay the fines on a DUI you are going to be convicted of anyway? $10K? $20K? More? To avoid 5-15 days of real jail time?

Plead guilty, skip the fines, and take the 'vacation'. Spend time in the pokey getting it figured out what you want to do with your life. Or just wait it out. It's not like they are putting her in GP for cryin' out loud.

Sheriff's spokesperson Steve Whitmore just explained ... generally, a female inmate in Lindsay's situation only serves 25% of their sentence ... which means LiLo will most likely spend around 23 days behind bars.

Maybe not, but jail is a GREAT place for those who don't fulfill the terms of their probation, who fail to appear at court assigned classes, and willingly lie to the cops about drug possession. It sort of reinforces the authority of the court and the seriousness of the situation for both her and everyone else. And apparently the judge agrees with you about it not being the right place for drug problems, as she was ALSO sentenced to 90 days in rehab, where she will NOT get credit for "good" time and an early release kick.

I love how she totally broke down when the reality of her situation finally dawned on her.

What do you mean I can't get into Canada anymore?!?

She should file an appeal for incompetent defense; her legal team screwed several pooches by talking her into diversion.

You don't get what I meant. As far as I'm concerned 90 days should be 90 days.

As for stupidity, Velvet and I are on the same paged, take your slap on the wrist and get it straightened out. That's what I meant by stupid, she's fighting it, violating probation, skipping classes and thinking she should get away with it. We'll leave out the not drinking at the after party and having your alcohol monitoring anklet erroneously going off.

Oh, and that complicet treatment program needs a good exam, IMHO.

Love the nails too. Too bad the judge didn't get a good look.

Day 10 of Lohan crisis watch - no candlelight vigils yet, but somebody sparked a bong up in Lynewood.

Sheriff’s officials say she is expected to be released next week after serving about 13 days of her 90-day jail sentence.

Looks like we were wrong to take the over.

Lohan Headed for NB Rehab

"Lindsay's going to rehab directly from jail, she's been ordered to report there immediately," says the source.

The facility reportedly approved by the judge for Lohan's treatment is Morningside Recovery in Newport Beach, Calif. A rep for the recovery center could not confirm or deny whether Lohan is slated to be admitted there.

Lohan must complete a three-month stay at the facility and won't be allowed to come and go as she pleases.

Since LL is set to leave the pokey at any moment, speculation turns to rehab.

According to a source familiar with Lindsay's case, methamphetamine and opiates are her "drugs of choice".

Where will she go?

As TMZ first reported, sources say Morningside was not on the list of facilities recommended by court appointed psychiatrists.

I hate to cite TMZ but they are accurate more often than they aren't on this sort of thing. Amazing what happens when you pay sources.
